Director of Customer Success

With a high degree of independent decision-making capability, the Director of Customer Success will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of our sales processes for financial institutions and semiconductor companies to maximize their use of the Eltropy platform and optimize their users digital experience. Duties include:

  1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand the requirements of Credit Unions and to identify and promote the cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for current customers;
  2. Sell SaaS (Software as a Service) products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as sending text messages and product content to customers;
  3. Monitor current software usage, quantify customer engagement and promote increased usage of software resulting in renewal of annual contracts;
  4. Confer with customers and product engineers to assess software functionality needs and to determine system requirements;
  5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers;
  6. Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment;

  2. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions;
  1. Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages; 10 Research and identify potential customers for products or services;
  2. Ensure that Eltropys larger customers realize their required return on investment with Eltropy;
  1. Respond to customers issues about Eltropys product and resolve them quickly and effectively;
  2. Drive customers product needs internally within Eltropy. Monitor and ensure that the user experience of customers employees (Users) and members/clients (Leads) is simple, effective, intuitive, user-friendly and flawless;
  3. Be responsible and accountable for handling sensitive information, protecting access credentials, managing data and information etc.

This position requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in IT, CS, Information Systems, or closely related field; and five (5) years’ experience as a Sales Engineer; Solutions Architect/Designer; Business Development Associate; or closely related occupation.

Must have professional experience with:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services);
  • Slack;
  • DataAnalytics;
  • Business analytics.
