Customer Success Analyst

About the role:

Overview

If you are a recent college grad with a passion for helping customers get quantifiable value out of technology, then the Customer Success team at Eltropy may be for you. Customer Success Analyst works with credit unions to maximize their return on their Eltropy investment and optimize their members’ digital communications experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analytics – Preparing reports and visuals showing customers their ROI (Return on Investment) in Eltropy, usage of the product, and insights for increasing usage and deriving more value
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the user experience of customers’ employees (Users) and members/clients (Leads) is simple, effective, intuitive, user-friendly and flawless
  • Resolving technical issues and requests as the company’s first line of customer support
  • Identifying the root cause of user-experience defects and driving timely containment and fixes

Requirements

  • Excellent English-language communication – both speaking and writing
  • Proficiency in data extraction, presentation and analysis
  • Understanding of SaaS technologies and an ability to explain them
  • Ability to organise and manage up to 20 concurrent customer onboarding projects
  • Experience teaching and training online
  • B.E. (Hons) or equivalent
