Ashish Garg is the Co-founder and CEO of Eltropy, the leading agentic AI platform powering conversations for community financial institutions. Growing up in India, he earned a degree in electronics and engineering, driven by a passion for building technology with real-world impact. After moving to the U.S., he completed his MBA from the Wharton School and an MSEE from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2013, Ashish co-founded Eltropy with a vision to use modern communication technology to improve efficiency, engagement, and safety across the credit union and community banking ecosystem. He leads with three core values that shape Eltropy’s culture: a commitment to excellence, fearlessness in speaking the truth, and complete transparency – internally and externally.
