About This Course

AI Foundation & Agentic Automation 

Objective

Equip all credit union and community bank employees – from frontline staff to back-office teams – with foundational knowledge of AI, practical understanding of Agentic AI, and hands-on skills to interact with AI tools that improve consumer experience and operational efficiency. In addition, the course will also emphasize the responsible use of AI, regulatory compliance specific to the financial industry, and strategies for long-term, sustainable AI adoption.

Introduction to Agentic AI in the credit union and community bank context with real-world applications and responsible use with regulatory considerations, using animated explainers + expert-led talking head videos.
