Start a Conversation
Log in to Eltropy Launcher. Navigate or create a conversation by adding borrower details.
Launch DocuSign
Choose the “Send DocuSign Link” icon from the text area to begin the process.
Select Document Type
Upload a new file or select an existing template, add recipient details, and place relevant tags (signature, date, etc.) in the DocuSign modal.
Send the Link via Text
Deliver the secure DocuSign link directly to the borrower.
Track Activity in Eltropy
Activity is logged automatically once the borrower clicks the link and completes the signing process.
