DocuSign x Eltropy E-Sign Workflow

Start a Conversation
Log in to Eltropy Launcher. Navigate to or create a conversation by adding borrower details.
Launch DocuSign
Click the “Send DocuSign Link” icon in the text area to begin the process.
Select Document Type
Upload a new file or choose an existing template, add recipient details, and place tags (signature, date, etc.) in the DocuSign modal.
Send the Link via Text
Once the relevant tags are added, click on ‘Send Text’.
Track Activity in Eltropy
The activity gets recorded in the Eltropy Launcher once the consumer clicks on the secure link and completes signing the document.
