Before Success Credit Union implemented Eltropy earlier this year, employees were confined to traditional means in order to reach members. Phone calls and email limitations would often lead to lags in communication for the $155M AUM financial institution.
“Without a proper Text Messaging platform, we were not able to efficiently communicate with members,” said Jennifer Fancher, director of marketing and business development at Success Credit Union. “Simple processes, such as new account opening or loan applications, would take an extended amount of time to complete.”
Fancher reports that several factors continued to Eltropy winning the Arkansas-based Credit Union.

Finally, the Eltropy platform is user-friendly for our employees and allows members to securely send requested information.”
Training and Deployment
Within a matter of weeks, Success Credit Union was up-and-running on the award-winning digital communications platform thanks to the diligence of Eltropy’s customer success team and seamless product. Customer success representatives have stayed in constant communication with Fancher and her team, answering questions in a timely manner.
Additionally, training has been easy to schedule with Eltropy and recorded sessions are helpful for Fancher and her colleagues to refer back to if necessary.
Members have also embraced Text Messaging.
“Our members love the new Text Messaging system,” said Fancher. “They can apply for loans online, and, now with Eltropy, they can communicate with an officer about their loan and send information securely through text. They can conduct most of their Credit Union business without ever leaving home.”
