Ink on the Interview
Q: How’s the conference going for you today?
A: The Conference is great. This is a third one. I’ve been at every Eltropy conference. It’s great to catch up with old friends and meet all the new people that they’re bringing on board. Eltropy is doing a great job in investing in their products. It’s why we continue to invest in Eltropy. Great partners.
Q: Any highlights to share from this? Because we’ve had quite a few top-quality panels on the stage this morning. So, anything stand out for you so far?
A: Our focus right now is that we’re right in the middle of a Voice Plus and the AI Voice projects. And we are in the final stage of negotiations for the business phone. That was our original focus when we partnered with Eltropy five years ago was we wanted them to be our singular communication suite. We wanted our staff to be able to simplify their communications with our members through a single pane of glass.
Q: You have been working with Eltropy, how has life improved for you?
A: Life is exponentially better partnering with Eltropy. I’ve had this conversation with several people here at the conference. I oversee the IT discipline, so I manage a lot of vendors, a lot of relationships.
With Eltropy, it’s so easy with them because they’re the partner that they truly are a partner. I don’t see them as a vendor. They are somebody that I can put a lot of faith in. I trust when they say they’re going to deliver. Their say-do ratio is very high. So they make it easy on us. Well, if you have, as you say, one pane of glass, yeah, that’s a true partnership when you have multiple products under one roof there.
Q: What’s on the horizon for you?
A: Right now, we’re really focusing on the voice side of it. We’re looking at their, as much as the AI voice for our members calling in, we’re also looking at what they’re gonna be able to do for ur internal members being able to get to documentation, get their questions answered easily. So we’re looking at everything they’re doing.
