How do I download the Emerge 2025 App?
Download the Emerge 2025 App.
Grab the app your way – iOS, Android, or just scan the QR code.
Do I need to create an account?
- You can log in with the same email address you have used to register and you will be sent an OTP which will be sent to your email address to log into the app. Once you log in please upload your photo to enable networking.
Why do I get different topics when I log in for the first time
- The App provides AI matchmaking that enables you to Network with like minded individuals looking for the same topics, they will show up in the Networking button once you click on Explore.
What features does the app offer?
- Personalized Agenda, Networking Opportunities, Info about the Experiences, Sponsor Information, Speaker Bios & Session Info, Live Polling during the Session, Resource Center, Attendee Scheduling, Real-Time Notifications, Photo Sharing & Social Wall Session Feedback & Surveys.
How will I receive important updates or alerts?
- Make sure push notifications are enabled before you log in ! All key updates, such as room changes, event reminders, and announcements, will come through the app in real time.
How do I build my personal agenda?
- Tap the Agenda tab, then click on “+ My Agenda” on any session you’re interested in. You can access your customized agenda under the My Agenda located at the top of the screen.
Can I interact during the session?
- Yes! Use the Live Polling Feature , when asked during the session and will be able to post the results on the screen.
How do I connect with other attendees?
- Go to the Attendees tab to view profiles and click “Schedule Meeting”.
Where can I find maps and directions?
- Go to Explore and Click on Floor Plan - this will give you access to the floor plan images where the rooms for the session and breakouts are listed.
How do I give feedback ?
- Go to Explore -> Click on Feedback and answer a short survey will appear in your app. Your feedback helps us improve!
Who do I contact if I have technical issues with the app?
Visit the Registration Desk in the venue or tap the Help Desk tab in the app for live assistance. You can also email events@eltropy.com for any questions.
