As the Covid-19 pandemic shut down in-person services across the country, finding ways to safely provide services to Chelsea Groton members became a top priority.
In fall of 2020, Chelsea Groton rolled out ChelseaLIVE, their Digital Communications Platform powered by Eltropy. By deploying a comprehensive Digital Conversations Platform, Chelsea Groton gave their customers greater access to many of the resources they could find in a bank branch, only now their services could be delivered safely through convenient digital channels.
